Chance is doing wonderful. Hoof are rock hard and steady going barefoot for 4 months now. He has not been so sound since we got him. Wears easy boots on the fronts while riding and working on weaning him off the backs while riding which he is doing just fine in. Has been ridden under saddle a few times with no faults. Went on a hour and a half trail ride and had loads of fun. I got lost on the trail but chance knew where he was going every step of the way (he actually got us back to the road) Jumps logs alright, still needs some work on form, Water is still a little bit of a issue. His ground manners are to die for now, Does not even have to be tied in order to stand still while i do what i need to do, weather that means if i have to leave him by the barn while i go in. Hes great. best horse i have ever had. He has never done me wrong. I just can't say enough great things about him. Hes my baby who has found his forever home.
